Biography
An author, coach, speaker, manager, and visionary, Keith has worked in over 50 organizations. With humor, discernment, and wisdom, he combines strategic insight with a practical method to improve and sustain knowledge work execution – the result: continued higher levels of business performance.
Keith holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and his first book, “The Improvement Toolbox”, published in 1997, describes a realistic and rational model for managers who want to ensure highest-value employees concentrate on strategic activities. He is presently working on a second book.
